Please contact our Customer Care team to reserve the new desired size of the product or same price or higher priced similar product.

Once you choose your desired items name, then contact us for the MExpression Exchange form. After receiving it, please write or indicate which item(s) you wish to exchange and the reason why.

ie. size is too big

Insert the printed Exchange form with the item(s) you wish to exchange in the original packaging and in saleable condition.

(without detaching the price tag)

Please write your Order number, Name & Address clearly on your package, so it can be quickly identified & processed the exchange.

After completing all necessary steps of the return shipment, please close the package securely. Please make sure the packaging done in such a way that would be intact & we receive it without any damage

Choose the nearest and the same delivery service that the order was sent with (DPD or Royal Mail). Once we received your parcel we will proceed immediately and will notify your exchange within 4-5 working days.

The previously reserved exchange item will be dispatched immediately after we received your exchanged item & we will delivery exchanged items within 5-10 working days.
